Your insights can help shape our work

At Autism Awareness Australia your individual journey, experiences and feedback help inform the work we do. Your unique perspectives help us continuously evolve to better serve you and the broader autism community. That’s why we’re inviting you to share your insights with us through our latest online survey.

Rest assured, your responses will be confidential and will be used to improve our information and resources. The survey will take between 5 and 10 minutes to complete.

Complete our survey by 13 December and you will go in the draw to win a $500 JB Hi-Fi gift voucher*... just in time for Christmas!

Your feedback guides our efforts and helps us provide a more enriching and supportive experience for our followers. The survey will only take a few minutes of your time, but will have a significant impact on how we inform, include and advocate for our community.

_{1. Eligibility: This survey is open to individuals who have interacted with Autism Awareness Australia through various channels. Employees of Autism Awareness Australia and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.}

_{2. Survey Period: The survey will be open from 29 Nov 2023 to 13 Dec 2023. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.}

_{3. How to Enter: Participants must complete the survey in full to be eligible for the prize draw. Incomplete surveys will not be entered into the draw.}

_{4. Prize: One participant will be randomly selected to win a $500 JB Hi-Fi gift voucher. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.}

_{5. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries after the closing date. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.}

_{6. Notification: The winner will be notified via email within 3 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.}

_{7. Data Protection: Information collected from participants will be used solely in connection with this survey and will not be shared with third parties.}

_{8. Liability: Autism Awareness Australia is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues or any other reason beyond its control.}

_{9. Changes to the Survey and Terms: Autism Awareness Australia reserves the right to cancel or amend the survey and these terms and conditions without notice.}

_{10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which is a part of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or the relevant state or territory consumer protection agency.}
