Tommy Trout — Host Tommy Trout is an award-winning social entrepreneur and disability educator, and the founder of WeFlex, Inclusive-AF, and disbranded. He advises social enterprises and charities around the world and brings warmth, clarity, and genuine curiosity to every conversation.

Dr Shannon Schedlich — Speaker Dr Shannon Schedlich is the Chief Executive of Siblings Australia, where she leads programs grounded in lived experience, evidence, and community. Shannon's background spans community development, disability, and government, and her PhD in Australian history informs her deep interest in how stories and relationships shape wellbeing. She is a parent of siblings and has an autistic stepdaughter, and brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to everything she does.
